Business: Weco, Microsoft boost business with Cloud solutions

Weco Systems International, a systems integration company in Nigeria, is collaborating with Microsoft Nigeria to reiterate the need for companies to adopt Microsoft Cloud solutions to boost business opportunities.

The two companies gave details of the collaboration at a workshop tagged, ‘Deliver rapid time to value’ recently held at Victoria Crown Plaza Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The business workshop was a session on three major Microsoft Cloud solutions that businesses need to incorporate into their work process in 2016 for better work productivity and business outcome. The solutions are Microsoft Azure, Microsoft O365 and Microsoft CRM Online.

Highlights of the workshop included the benefits of the three solutions to businesses.

According to the team of experts that were present, Microsoft Azure delivers unmatched productivity. They stated that any developer or Information Technology professional could be productive with Azure.

They also said that Azure’s integrated tools, pre-built templates, and managed services made it easier to build and manage enterprise, mobile, web, and Internet of Things.

“It’s open and flexible. Azure supports the broadest selection of operating systems, programming languages, frameworks, tools, databases and devices. It works with existing IT; some cloud providers make you choose between your data centre and the cloud,” they said in a statement.

“Microsoft Azure is built to protect your data. It is a fact that some organisations are still wary of the cloud. That is why Microsoft has made an industry-leading commitment to the protection and privacy of your data. It is economical and scalable; It is ready for any business,” the statement added.

According to Mr. Remi Olowu who took the customers through the Microsoft CRM online, customer relationships are about more than customer satisfaction.

“They are about really knowing your customer so you can personalise their experiences. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online helps you bring your customers closer,” he said.

Olowu highlighted some of the benefits of CRM online, saying, “companies can use customer data to enable interactions that are more engaging; find and combine data from internal and external sources with familiar tools.”

He added, “It can capture customer details and interactions and share this information across both sales and service teams; and focus on what matters.”
