First of, Nigeria Professional Football League side Heartland are on the verge of sealing a partnership deal with English Premier League side Watford Football Club.
Chairman of the Owerri outfit, Goodfaith Chibuzo Etuemene, who has been on tour of Europe looking for investors in a bid to turn around the fortune of the Naze Millionaires, said he had fruitful discussions with Watford FC President Raffaele Riva
Etuemene said both clubs are planning exchange programmes and Watford officials will soon visit Owerri to watch Heartland Feeder team in one of their training sessions.
